David Warren Doyle is a Classically Trained Private Chef living in Massachusetts.

Chef David graduated from Ferrandi, Europe’s leading culinary institute, with a Certificate of Professional Aptitude (CAP). Chef David has collaborated and trained with Michelin-starred culinary authorities such as Didier Oudil (Faubourg Saint-Honore, Paris) and Eric Frechon (Le Bristol, Paris) and has cooked for Celebrity Chefs including Eric Kayser and Emeril Lagasse.

Why Hire A Private Chef for Your Brunch Event?

Catering brunch events is one of our favorite occasions to cater. Brunch is a great way to celebrate several occasions including Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Birthdays as well as Pre and Post events for Weddings and Bar-Mitzvahs.

Chef David enjoys working with his clients on Brunch catering with a minimum of 10 guests. Brunch can be served buffet style or as a more formal sit-down.

Chef David usually kicks off his Brunch service with an array of Freshly squeezed Juices, American Coffee and Cocktails including some of the Brunch Classics: Mimosas, Bellini or a Bloody Mary. 

Chef David is specialized in Pastry and can even offer homemade croissants, Apple turnovers or a Basket of Viennoiserie (baked goods made from a yeast-leavened dough). Chef David has also mastered the American classics including Toast and Pancakes (as well as a gluten-free Pancake option that tastes incredible).

How To Book Chef David For Brunch Catering

Step 1. Contact Chef David and check his team’s availability.

Step 2. Setup a time to speak with Chef David so he can learn more about your Brunch Event, including the number of guests, the ideal menu, as well as the guests dietary restrictions and the desired location for the event to take place.

Step 3. Upon receipt of the Deposit, Chef David will officially reserve the date.

Step 4. Next, Chef David will send a sample menu with a variety of options for the Food including Passed Hors D’oeuvres, Appetizers, Main Course and Dessert.

Step 5. Send us photos of your kitchen, including the counter space, oven, stove and the dining area (including outdoor and BBQ if applicable).

Step 6. Enjoy your Brunch and leave the prep and cooking to us.
